BIM REVIT coordinator
Are you becoming our BIM REVIT coordinator? And make the world more sustainable?
BIM model of our Urban Farm Shop
We are in the process of developing a 5D BIM model in Revit integrating structural, MEP and industrial standardization of our Urban Farm Shop. The key design decisions have been made and we have developed detailed models for climate and have built various prototypes for key aspects of the design. Certain detailing and code requirements still need to be implemented.
We are looking for a fluently Dutch speaking BIM Coordinator with good 3D skills to successfully master and manage the BIM model up to operations phase integration. Part-time, but also full time is possible.
You would be working together with our design team in The Hague, in which we an architect, industrial designers, project managers, structural, electrical - and climate engineers, and of course horticultural experts. We still are in the startup phase (est. 2020) with several projects ongoing in the US. The BIM model will lay a solid basis to grow to hundreds of (identical) Urban Farm Shops in the next 10 years.
You?
You are excellent in setting up (protocols, family and assembly structure, naming conventions, change management etc) and coordinating a BIM model from scratch. You integrate design data from the team members, ask for supplier feedback, and accurately plan the development of the BIM model. You like to go out to talk to various stakeholders such as suppliers and partners, while you enjoy bringing the BIM model to high professional and standardized level in co-operation with our future US development team. A drivers license is required.
If you want to lay the basis for a sustainable and high impact food supply movement, and you recognize yourself in the the above, we would like to talk. Please indicate your interest with your substantiation at:
